After graduating from Armburst Real Estate Institute in May of 2014, Kelly worked under the tutelage of Cathleen McGinnis, a realtor for over 15 years. Kelly has had the pleasure of helping her clients buy and sell within both the Denver and Boulder housing markets, and surrounding areas.
Kelly is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Denver Metro Association of Realtors; organizations that comply with the highest standards of ethical conduct. Kelly has sold over 40 homes and has over 30 5 Star Reviews between Zillow and Redfin.

LACY KEADLE
Transaction Coordinator
Being a native of Colorado, Lacy has had the luxury of witnessing the many great changes in the metro Denver and Front Range areas. She has been licensed for a little over 3 years now and found a passion for the back office functions in real estate. Prior to becoming a Transaction Coordinator, Lacy was working as a Real Estate Agent and has also worked in the Title Industry.
Lacy's knowledge in real estate contracts and compliance has given her an edge up to help transactions run as smoothly as possible. Her ultimate goal is making your “under contract” experience a smooth and memorable one from start to finish. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family taking care of their cows, pigs, goats and riding horses with her children and husband on their Ranch.
